Victor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Division at our main branch in Springfield. In addition to managing Springfield’s maintenance crews, Victor is in charge of scheduling, training new crew members and quality control. Victor first started working for Professional Grounds in 1985 as a laborer. Victor’s natural ability as a leader, his attention to detail and his dedication has made him a very important asset to Professional Grounds, Inc.

Daniel joined Professional Grounds, Inc. team in 2011 and continues to impress his coworkers and new clients with his vast knowledge of the green industry. Daniel has worked in the green industry for 7 years. His experience with the production process has allowed him to keep his clients properties looking their best. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Daniel has been very successful with implementing elements of our Training & Safety program with all levels of staff. Daniel has an apparent passion for the green industry and client relationships which has made him an important addition to Professional Grounds, Inc.
Erik Hildreth

Erik has over 20 years of turf management experience. After working in New England, then the Mid Atlantic and Arizona, Erik has extensive knowledge of both warm and cool season turf. Erik has managed golf courses and worked closely with memberships to deliver desired results. Since 2008, Erik has worked for Professional Grounds as an Area Manager.

Jon’s primary focus is business development which includes everything from customer service to continued controlled growth of the landscape maintenance division. Jon acts as community liaison and is involved in community associations such as: CAI, PMA, and AOBA. John’s formal education in Turfgrass Management and Agronomy and his previous experience as a Turfgrass Specialist and Branch Manager for lawn care franchise, has proven him to be an expert in the field. Jon is the primary contact for all new and potential landscape maintenance clients and coordinates a smooth transition to a full time Area Manager.
Victor Parrales, Jr.
Victor starting working for Professional Grounds, Inc. in 2000 as a crew member. Within months of his start date he was promoted to Assistant Foreman and then later to a Foreman. By 2004, Victor’s hard work, determination, and strong management skills lead to his promotion as the Branch Production Manager for our Sterling facility. Victor is responsible for all safety and training, scheduling, production, quality control and day to day operations out of Sterling.
